"Chiropractic 101"

We realize that it is impossible to explain why we should be your first choice for chiropractic care (regardless of the insurance affiliations) via a web site or an advertisement. Because of this, we offer a weekly, 30 minute "no strings attached" class (please call to confirm) to explain what exactly we do at Newton Wellness Center.

Don't worry; this is a very relaxed and informative setting with NO OBLIGATION. This is simply JUST AN INFORMATION SESSION.

We have found that some prospective patients and newer patients are uncomfortable setting up a "one-on-one" consultation with any doctor, let alone something “alternative” such as Chiropractic care. This class gives an individual, such as this, a chance to learn and ask questions in a non-formal setting. Class is held at the end of our patient hours on Monday nights (at 6:30pm) and can range from 1 to 15 individuals.

(We appreciate you letting us know you'll be attending, but drop-ins are welcome. We encourage that you bring a family member or a guest with you.)

Upcoming "Chiropractic 101" Sessions:
  • Monday, February 1st at 6:30 pm
  • Monday, February 15th at 6:30 pm

Dr. Nathan Asks some important questions of interest to Newton residents - Chiropractor Newton Dr. Nathan Asks...

Can babies with colic be helped with chiropractic?
It's probably one of the times a parent feels the most helpless. But based on the research, chiropractic and colic relief appear to go hand in glove. With success rates in the mid-90% range, more and more Newton parents are seeing a chiropractor. If you have a baby with colic learn how chiropractic may help.
What's the difference between a "good" drug and a "bad" drug?
As a chiropractor, I see the use of many drugs (legal or illegal) as merely symptom treating. Worse, virtually every drug produces unwanted effects. The effects of chiropractic are largely positive effects. If you're a Newton parent, consider carefully before giving your child a cough medication, cold remedy or pain reliever so this sort of question doesn't arise in the first place.
