Introducing Lisa LMT, NCTM

I have worked as a massage therapist for the past 15 years, my career has taken me from sports to spa and back again. My clientele is made up of individuals who engage in sports or working out on a regular basis, or the over worked stressed out individuals who have no time to work out.

I have trained in a great number of modalities, including sports, deep tissue, nuero-muscular, hot stone, myofascial, trigger point, and relaxation.

Specialties include, deep tissue, and reliving low back and sciatic pain some times in one session.

I customize each massage to the individuals needs, and I love what I do.
